On March 6, 2026, the “Ask the Consul” meeting took place at the Ukrainian Consultation Center.
Distinguished consuls visited the center to engage in an open dialogue with the community, answer current questions, and provide clarifications regarding consular services.
During the event, important topics were discussed:
- procedures and specifics of passport issuance (biometric and international passports);
- notarial services: оформление powers of attorney and applications;
- civil registry services: registration of birth, marriage, and name changes;
- issuance of duplicate certificates and extracts from the civil registry.
The meeting was held in a live discussion and Q&A format, allowing participants to receive comprehensive information and practical advice.
