Operational since 2025, the UCC in Munich officially inaugurated its doors on 13 April 2026, at Leonrodstrasse 48A, 80636. The Centre is dedicated to welcoming and supporting Ukrainian displaced persons residing in Germany.

The centre has been established within the framework of the project “Comprehensive Support for Adaptation and Resilience for Internally Displaced Persons from Ukraine (CORE-UA),” implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) with financial support from the German National Programme AMIF (2021–2027) and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).

We were pleased to mark the opening together with representatives of partner institutions and organizations. We are grateful to all partners who contributed to making this centre a reality and look forward to continued cooperation in supporting the Ukrainian community in Bavaria and beyond.
