On September 19, 2025, the Ukrainian Consultation Center joined the off-site consular service organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany, at the German-Ukrainian Center in Rostock.
The Embassy of Ukraine systematically conducts off-site services in the cities of its consular district, allowing citizens — including elderly people, persons with disabilities, and military personnel undergoing treatment — to receive necessary services without having to travel long distances.
The Ukrainian Consultation Center provided additional consultations on temporary protection, documents required to receive consular services, the electronic queue, as well as assistance with installing applications and registering identification numbers. Special attention was given to military personnel: help with documents and explanations of the procedures for obtaining them.
