On 18 April 2026, the Ukrainian Consultation Centre took part in mobile consular services organised by the Consulate General of Ukraine in Düsseldorf, aimed at supporting vulnerable categories of Ukrainian citizens residing in North Rhine-Westphalia.
During the event, citizens had the opportunity to access consular services, including the issuance of international passports and notarial services (powers of attorney, certification of signatures and declarations). Special attention was given to individuals who are unable to travel independently to consular institutions.
The team of the Ukrainian Consultation Centre provided guidance and advisory support on practical matters, ensuring additional assistance during the provision of services.
Such mobile initiatives contribute to a comprehensive approach to supporting Ukrainians abroad, highlighting the importance of mobile consular services in ensuring access to essential services for socially vulnerable Ukrainian citizens.
