On September 26, 2025, the team of the Ukrainian Consultation Center in Berlin took part in an off-site consular service in Magdeburg, organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Germany.
During the off-site consular service, citizens of Ukraine were able to apply for an international passport and receive services within notarial acts — in particular, the issuance of powers of attorney, certification of signatures, and statements.
Experts from the Center assisted with document preparation and provided consultations on issues related to temporary protection, social benefits, insurance, and pensions.
Off-site sessions make it possible to provide assistance to elderly people, persons with disabilities, and those who find it difficult to travel long distances. For many, this is not just a service, but a sense of care and support from their state.
