We are committed to protecting the rights and interests of Ukrainian citizens in Germany and creating a space for dialogue, support, and the exchange of up-to-date information.
As part of these efforts, the Ukrainian Consultation Center in Berlin welcomed Andrii Ilin, Advisor to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Germany.
During the meeting, the activities of ICMPD and the work of the Center were presented. The participants also discussed key issues related to the protection of the rights of Ukrainian citizens in Germany, including:
- possibilities for submitting appeals and requests;
- practical challenges faced by Ukrainians in Germany.
Special attention was given to the importance of strengthening information outreach and ensuring greater accessibility of support services for Ukrainians living in Germany.
The participants also discussed the possibility of holding an open information session entitled: “Consular and Legal Issues for Ukrainians in Germany,” which will take place in the near future.
