In cooperation with the Consulate General of Ukraine in Düsseldorf, the Ukrainian Consultation Centre hosted the informational meeting “Ask the Consul” on 7 April 2026.
More than 30 participants joined the open dialogue with Vice Consul Volodymyr Ushko and had the opportunity to ask questions regarding consular services and procedures.
The main topics discussed included:
📌 issuance and renewal of Ukrainian documents;
📌 obtaining international passports for Ukrainian citizens permanently residing in Germany;
📌 inclusion of children's information in their parents’ passports;
📌 consular registration;
📌 mobile notarial services;
📌 procedures to follow in the event of the loss of an international passport.
The meeting took place in an interactive format and once again demonstrated the importance of direct communication between the community and representatives of the consular institution.
